In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements in Mauritius, Scrybit Wallet Ltd retains user data, including identification documents, transaction history, and relevant correspondence, for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of account closure or the end of the business relationship.
This retention is required for anti-money laundering (AML), fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. After this period, data will be securely deleted unless further retention is required by law.
Account Deletion and Data Requests
If you wish to delete your Scrybit Wallet account and any associated personal data, you may submit a request by emailing us at [email protected]. Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable legal requirements.
Please note that certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.
